Lynne is a native of Mississippi where she obtained a B.S. in Art Education at Delta State University. After moving to Northwest Arkansas in 1994 she now insists that this is the only place to live.

Lynne brings a wide variety of experience to our company that enhances her understanding of her client’s needs. Her background in teaching art, creating and operating a private art school and as a retail art supply and craft store owner give her a unique ability to visualize the potential in property development. She began her real estate career in Hawaii and her wide travels and cultural experiences add even more to her natural sense of sophisticated style.

Never content to rest on past accomplishments Lynne established a 1031 exchange company and obtained her Arkansas License in 2004. Her company, Quality Investment Exchange Services Inc., is a full service 1031 exchange company and she serves as a qualified intermediary facilitating the sale and purchase of property to maximize her client’s tax advantages.

Lynne is a member of the Eureka Springs Carroll County Board of Realtors, as well as the Bentonville/Bella Vista Board of Realtors and the Rogers/Lowell Board of Realtors. She has been a member of the North West Arkansas Multi Listing Service (MLS) Board and a Chairperson of the Program Committee for the Rogers/ Lowell Real Estate Board. Lynne is also an active member of the National Realtors Association and the Arkansas Realtors Association.
